You will either need to upgrade your farm, or take out some of the crops, you have too much water demand vs available water.
Once fully grown no more water is needed to continually harvest the crops, though it slowly grows similar to normal wildlife rather than the accelerated pace planting a new seed provides.
Your capacity of water is 15 but all crops combined require 24 water over the course of their growth. Don't worry too much, having a bigger buffer of water is from having a better planter. That being said, because it's a one-time cost you don't really need to stress about that aspect so much. You just provide it more in a few days or wait until rain naturally fills it back up and they'll finish growing
