Where is the Ark's winch?
The explosive box in the sea said it needed a winch, and it said it was a Ark's device

but I couldn't find it on my Ark...:steamsad:

Doesn't it mean my ship?

The explosives you get in those chests are only used in a cannon on the Ark itself so you aren't missing anything by not being able to get it just yet. It will all be relevant later on. Just ignore it for now.

The Ark is only found in the region before the final one. on Silver Island in the Bay Area.
You cannot make it, you have to repair it as its a story element.
