Where is the spyglass in inventory?

Just started, have found the spyglass and want to use it but can't find it in my inventory. Where do I find it? Thx.

It is not an inventory item, it is considered an artifact that gives a permanent passive effect. Check your "collectibles" tab under artifacts.

Collected story items give passive effects and can be seen in collectibles. You can't actually pick it up and use it.
