Even if it's not built yet, it may support other layouts, so it's important to demolish those layouts from the last to be placed.
As for those, that do not support anything, could you please show some screenshots?
I am unable to move or delete any of these roof sections. I built them because I couldn't delete the blueprints eiither but it is not what I wanted. I also have the same 3 sections on the other side that cannot be changed.

BREV... how many stick have you gathered?! Are you the loot lord?
Isn't it terrible?
I found my issue.. If you use a pillar to support an extended area of 2nd level, the game thinks everything on top is a supportive structure. Once I start placing walls in as a support downstairs, it would let me deconstruct the 2nd floor. So the pillars for me are bugging everything on top.
Damn, but i feel you. You need a stick holder/container like no one else ^^
I can confirm this.
I blueprinted a balkony with half walls supported by 2 pillars.
Afterwards i could not deconstruct/move any structure connected to the blueprinted balcony.
Constructing a proper foundation and putting a pillar on it to support the balcony alleviated these restrictions.
