Currently, they do not respawn by design. But we're working on that!

So I cant get the perk point from making the soup. Might want to be considering changing that ingredient then or removing the soup from the list.

We'll add more mushrooms in the upcoming patch.

Yes i had the same problem, collected all i found in time and most of them turned to trash because of not using them. Then after a while had the receipe for the soup but no mushroomms anywhere. Traveled all the isle and their caves back but found nothing.
