Williams and Roper i honestly wouldn't want, i think they are the most nondescript goons in the series not really stands out about them.
Cons: low speed movements, easy stun
it should be logical that River City Girls character returned the favour and become guest characters in this game
Both can be more high grade difficult, but with high power skills
I imagine it'll probably be Joji (an underground pro-wrestler) along with a character from a prior game, if only because Mihn and Ahn (assassin sisters) probably can't be fought together due to how the games' boss randomization system works.
EDIT: Actually given the game does have the Chin siblings, Mihn and Ahn probably could show up at least as individual characters.
Granted, we already have three large bosses (Abore, Burnov and Abobo), but I always liked McGuire's rolling attack. Add the fact that McGuire also had a special block move where his gut would temporarily make him impervious to attacks and I think there's a small sliver of potential there.
Back then, just about every fighting game/beat 'em up had a Blanka-esque rolling attack.
