Traps for fish

I got very excited about the recent addition of bamboo fish traps, as getting 1000 fish for the achievement is so tedious - but then discovered that trapped fish do not count towards the total... Is this intended?

Hey!

ZeFrost - game dev, firstly said that this is a error to be fixed but actually now fix is in master, now it should correctly track what fish was caught and amount for the achievement

Wow, awesome! Now I can get that last remaining badge. Thanks for an amazing game!

UPDATE: Hmm, just tried it again with traps, and the game still only counts fish caught by the rod. Achievements for farming and selling, which didn't register before, popped up when I loaded the save file, so I assume I'm on the latest version.

Tried it too, fish traps aren't adding to the total fish caught, only fish caught with the rod count ;-;
