Try to optimize your voltage / clock speed curve in msi afterburner. Get below 1V and you should be good
As others have said, high GPU temps (and CPU temps) are not a problem, and your hardware will throttle beyond a certain point to prevent damaging itself.
My 3060 peaks in temp at 55-56 celcius.
If your GPU is running hot it may be that you need to either replace the fans or dust off the GPU.
Also it may be that older GPU's struggle harder than newer ones in performance, hence the temp increase.
