How to cook 2+ stars dishes?

Dont understand the conditions I need to have on my kitchen to cook 2 stars dishes.
All my kitchen stuff is 2 stars.
Kitchen is upgraded to level 5, 2 debts are paid. What else I need to do?

You need to upgrade the individual cooking stations. Interact with them and there should be an option in the top left to upgrade. I didn't notice this until a mail message showed up telling me how.
Also the first upgrade allows you to queue two items, the second allows 2 star dishes.
