Potions are outrageously difficult to upgrade.

I'm only at the second upgrade and they want a burger, a quest that I just got, and I've had this upgrade option for a long time now.

It's the second upgrade, it should only require items from the second dungeon, not some recipe that is taking eons to unlock. The hell is the point of potions if we have to get to the point where we can safely avoid all damage to even use them?

I've now dedicated most of my time to getting this second upgrade and this Pippin bastard doesn't ever appear, I need the freaking burger recipe. This is absolutely stupid, I'm sleeping for weeks all to do this.

Ok finally found pippin, level 3 is 45 HP potion and level 4 is ... 50? What kind of trash is this, I'm not wasting time on this garbage. I also need some crap called pasta aglio olio, who tf knows where/when I'm supposed to get that.

You get it after you unlock restaurant level 8. A greater noble will give you a quest to serve greater nobles at your restaurant.

My restaurant doesn't get the traffic to justify upgrading it more now. But I could definitely use a +100 HP potion, if not 150. These potions are terribly implemented and need completely rebalanced.

I run out of ingredients like crab and cheese every day I run my restaurant for a full day once I unlocked the nobles. The fatter ones will want two dishes instead of just one and they order 3* quality and ups. I made 40k in one day and that really sped up all progression.

Yeah I'm just going to rush the story and get the debt paid, the pacing in this game is... well it's off. Not terrible, but I can't say it's good.

Edit: so nobles are actually appearing now as it turns out, both kinds. You only have to receive the quest in order for this to happen. So I guess ramping up to level 8 is the best way to increase money, we'll see how much these people pay.
