Cuisineer is a dungeon crawler where you gather ingredients for the restaurant you have to run. I see that as a fun way to kill time if you're bored, or waiting for something. Other than that, it does get very repetitive and may bore you at some point. It could be fun, or it could not be.

I personally found it fun while I was playing. The dungeons are really long sometimes, so I needed to take a break from that. I also haven't gotten very far in Cuisineer, but I've played it long enough to know the loop.

There are many different recipes to serve the customers. The restaurant always gets very crowded. Make sure to have all of your cooking stations when you can, and serve at super speed!

It's a pretty cozy game, not counting the part where the dungeons get difficult. It's a good time to unwind, turn off your brain since I don't think it requires too much brain power to play, and have a relaxing day with Cuisineer!

This game was sooo cute to invest my time into! I loved being able to experience a management game while experiencing a lot of roguelike elements (since roguelike games are my favorite genre). I can definitely see the passion put into this game and it's one that will stick with me for a while. Everything about it is very cute, comforting, and also charming in its own way. A great game to mix restaurant management and combat/roguelike elements!

I’ve put in over 40 hours into Cuisineer, hoping it would grow on me, but I can confidently say it’s not that great. The restaurant gameplay is extremely limited — it’s basically just clicking to serve what’s requested, with no real choice or creativity in what you make. That aspect gets repetitive fast.

The dungeon crawling, unfortunately, isn’t much better. The damage scaling is way too high, making combat feel almost impossible at times. It’s clunky, unbalanced, and more frustrating than fun.

The story is shallow, and there’s not much to keep you invested long-term. Honestly, the only thing this game has going for it is the cute art style. If you’re looking for a meaningful cooking sim or an engaging action RPG, this isn’t it. I wouldn’t recommend it.
