Theres 2 medical guides at the top of the page. for MA , you need nutritional supplements.
At the top of the discussions thread page, they are pinned.
just because you are good on stats doesn't necessarily mean it will go away as it needs to be treated. keeping the stats good is best method of prevention in the first place.
killing yourself or dying will reset health conditions as its a "new body" but a less drastic solution would be to loot some meds?
The answer has been given to you in post #4, you need to treat the illness with Nutritional Supplements or maintain the levels to avoid getting it in the first place.
i will edit the guide to make it clearer if people don't understand this but i would have thought it was obvious that if you get an illness, it needs to be treated. i fail to see how chopping trees, running, and mining ore would cure it!!??
edited: guide updated, let me know if anything else is unclear, TY

Without using the proper medical items, the symptoms will continue to persist. Eating, drinking, doing tasks in game are just preventative measures. Once the symptoms take affect, medical items are needed.
You were given the answer to cure the symptoms. Two pinned threads indicate what is needed to cure the symptoms. Testing upon release of the medical items has been done putting characters through various extremes to generate the symptoms and to see what works best.
