What do I need to make to lvl up electrical skill?

The guide says :Building electrical items to upgrade the electrical skill

But I am lvl 0 in electrical skill and can only make simple parts and wire

I have made simple parts but gain 0 xp in electrical skill so my only choice left is wire but I don't have rubber to make it and the NPC who teaches electrical skill is so far away from me. Then I can just keep looting until I luckily get rubber/ skill book?

Electrical you need to learn up to level 1 from books or a trainer. It is the same for tailoring and medicine I think

or go to the trader in B5 .. they train electrical

I...got no car yet, I just done making my iron gate, now i am poor >.< so I will try to find an electrical skill book then repair the car then I can go to trader. Thanks!

Don't know where you are on the map but there is also a book vendor in F5 .. his selection varies each restock but you may get lucky

ya that book vendor is nearer to me than the electrical vendor but the stock has no electrical books last time I visited, but is ok gonna visit again one day. Thanks!

Most Motels have some chambers that contain books. Search there ;)

pick up some sniper rifles from the NW airfield and trade in for relationship points to train at the vendors, use cigs and booze to regain mood :)

I think their issue is getting to the trainer atm ;)

actually to raise your medical, all you need to do is make an alt that is a doctor, than build something that lets you make medical items and even a character with 0 medical can reach level and continue from there,though tailoring and electrical are likely different. I will test this at some point and let you know what I discover.
