New Trader Options

I was surprised the first time i lootet some teeth from the zombies and i think that you can trade these zombie loot isnt a bad thing.

So for some items you'll need some more like Zombie poison and i assume that this will drop from some special infected. Now i dont play with them because i like just to have here the good old dump Zombies lol.

Is there a possibility to get this in some other way or can i ignore the Trader thing without them and if, is there another use for the teeth? I think it should, because you can turn them off.

The items can be looted in places like bunkers but will be random luck
