%LocalAppData%\WRSH\Saved\Crashes
There is a folder for each crash. In the folder the file CrashContext.runtime-xml has the error details in it
as far as lag goes i would be fairly confident it is hardware-related. I say that because I have driven through city areas maintaining my standard capped 80 fps and seen clips of others go through the same area and get reduced to 15 fps ... same game ... same area ... most likely different hardware
There is scope for a lot more optimisation but in the cycle of game development I believe it is usual to focus more on content first and optimisation after that
The UE5 engine is also quite early in it's dev lifecycle and there are lots of stories of how demanding (maybe inefficient) it is on hardware
Just copy and paste that into the address bar of File Explorer
\Local\WRSH\Saved\Crashes
(that folder is hidden by default, so it may require 'unhiding' it in the folder options)
