For all the people with the error "No Subscription" (Dedicated server)
It worked for me after logging in as anonymous in the Steamcmd
Just type "login anonymous" instead of your login infos for steam and continue with "app_update 2329680" It should start downloading all the files to set up your server

The file they say to use to start the server is a shortcut to the location on their server, not where the file will be on your PC also.

yeah mine just shows up as a shortcut as well
