I started a multiplayer game with a friend today and now we can't find the server in the search. Even if I create a new one.

Try this: Open a Multiplayer Game and when you choose to play with friends only it can result in "nothing found".

I have the same issue and I solve this by this way:

Uncheck Play only with friends and check Server password.
Inform your friend about the password and then he should find the server.

We also tried that and the server was not found either. I think it is because not all servers are displayed and there is no server search.
