Can I turn off auto-save?

Haven`t seen a option for it so i am guessing it can`t be turned off, at least not for now anyway.

Seriously - people complain about NOT having autosaves here and there.
another game, another player, "cant I turn off autosave?"

I know, I know - you will reply about difficulty. And thats right.
I only want to say that ---> ***

(btw, I have set, not to max but just under, difficulty for parameters regardings difficulty, and yet the game was too easy, so I agree with your comment - more or less...)
(more or less because you will certainly be happy in the event of a bug crashing your game)

The game is looking very good in my opinion. With a good story will be nice

I don't mind the autosave feature, it's great, but it would be better if it kept the autosave and manual save seperate so you could use, it sucks that it overwrites it cause sometimes the autosave happens at really really inconvenient moments

i gess no one here knows how to turn off the auto save but with me every time the game auto save the game freez and i have to restart pc and i read what others say here but i whant to play the game with out auto save if i die and lose everything so beat it...so do any of you even know how to turn this auto save off or not?

The ability to turn auto-save off was added in a recent update. The option is in the game settings. Just be aware that if you turn off auto-save you are turning off the restore saves so the only save you have to fall back on will be the last one that your remembered to make.

Also turning off autosave will not disable the save that is made when you die

While in-game....press Escape....select the "Control" option....un-check the top box
