On which difficulty is everyone playing?

Playing on Valkyrie difficulty and I like it. If you die though you have to do a lot again because there are not many checkpoints.

I think very hard is a good difficulty to start this game if you don't want to get frustrated on your first playthrough

I started playing on Valkyrie but after getting to the first big boss and dying in 2 hits I said screw this and started again on Hard. Hard seems a bit easy so wish I had chosen the difficulty above that but cba starting again.

I would recommend it. On the other difficulty settings you can kinda just button mash but on the other difficulty's you have to use tactics and use the proper spells etc. The battle system is pretty good.

I beat that boss on my first try
The game gives you a lot of potions so it isn't that difficult. There are some attacks though that do a lot of damage. The thing that sucks though is that using potions lowers your score...

If you think that first boss is bad, "Bout against Kristoffer" feels like it's unbeatable in this mode. She evades/blocks 90% of your attacks, including elemental spells, breaks your combo's with 1 attack, taking 50% or more of your hp in the process. And even somehow manages to combo unstoppable attacks from point black range after she blocks.

Is there any way to change the difficulty once the game starts? I want to put yours, but I don't want to start over... Maybe somehow it's possible to change the save files or something else?
