I'm not far enough into upgrade with it to say more tho :c
Did anyone buy this sword besides me lol
Not a game changer by any means, but there's no reason not to upgrade the dark sword over the basic one if you have it. It's just straight up better.
I also have one other question in regards to elements, are there enemies who are resistant to weapon elements?
There are no enemies that are resistant to their elemental weakness in this game. In fact, all the weapons beside the DLC swords don't have elements tied to their weapon, so you'll have to rely on your einherjar to apply elemental damage to your weapons.
It is actually and over-sight/issue that the dlc is the only weapon to have a element affinity because if you pay attention to the enemy element tutorial and the weapon upgrade tutorial it states certain weapons you collect have affinities to certain elements, basic sword was supposed to be ice, dlc sword is darkness, heavy spear is light, great sword is thunder, etc. Maybe something broke when it got ported/tuned for steam/pc usage.
