Overriding and increase view distance/screen percentage.

Been mucking around trying to make the game look a bit nicer and eliminate the god awful pop-in. Through utilising Universal Unreal Engine 4 Unlocker to access the console I've found that settings like Screen Percentage is set to 66.6 and viewdistancescale is at 1. While I can change them through the console these settings don't stick and always result to these values upon launching. Any boffins here more experienced with UE4 know a way that I can override this and have my changes stick?

Before anyone comments anything about Engine.ini, it doesn't fully work. I've tried putting r.screenpercentage=100 and r.viewdistancescale=5(I have the hardware to push this so meh) but it's ignored. When looking at the values in console I see something saying "Last Set By: Code"
