Moved buildings disappear if taken beyond the screen edge

This happens to buildings i'm making as well. I use edge scrolling and whenever i bring the building past the edge to scroll the building just disappears. Even if i was moving it which just basically deletes it somehow. It wont let me place or click anything after either so i have to press escape a few times. Mind you the building still shows up as placed. It just ceases to exist anywhere i can see it.

Also there's no stone package in the prestige shop.
