hi guys, tutorial step 12 i think theres a bug says to gift a present to disciple to increase relationship but right after i gave one elixir it dosnt complete.

You need to give them a ingredient for destiny artifacts. In other words go to the master and gift him an ingredient like flying word or mineral that add some element. Then go in the info tab and click on destiny artifact

my tutorial still not clear for the gift part even i give ingredient

Ugh, no, people above talking about another step.
The one to increase relationship requiire you to specifically give them "gift" type of item. It doesn't really matter if you do it directly or from relationship interface, but I think you shall try it throught relationship screen just to understand what this about and receive more points from knowing their preferential type of gift. But if you don't have it unlocked yet then it's fine to just gift it directly once.
The gifts are acquired throught chest you getting from OutWorld, both Trial Towers and all kind of Dungeon runs are fine for it, but In my opinion Trial Tower is more reliable to acquiring decent amount of them in one try.
Gifting any other stuff doesn't increase relationship so it doesn't count for this step of tutorial.
