Sammy because I love how she comes into your office. Mechanics like that which let you see the character up close without instantly dying are great for showing them off. Also her personality shows in her attack.
Same with Poppy. She easily has the most notable personality and that poster about turning her in for a meal ticket adds even more background to her role in the place.
That kind of thoughtfulness and attention to character quirks is what makes all of the characters so far ( only at night 12 for club and night 6 for security ) Memorable and want to see them again and experience more of them as the story goes along.

Obviously: POPPI. She's just a cute beautiful bunny. And she's a lil crazy. Also, clowngirls.

But tbh, I think I love her so much because she's a perfect mix of lovely (like In her game over when she kisses you so many times, so cute) and chaotic (her seemingless love for bombs and big hammers)
