Game needs one big sub for all 4 players

The sub would have 4 docking ports for a seamoth type vehicle so all players could explore together or on their own, but only one 'big sub' is allowed per session when moving onto a new area. This acts as a mobile base of operations that all 4 players would return to, and to help keep players together.

I admit I too would like a mobile base sort of sub but I am not certain whether that would actually benefit the gameplay.
On the other hand having to return to your storage unit only adds travel time.

They already have announced it as 4-player-coop.
I also don't think that the bottleneck will be the connection or two more player models.
