As you said, the creators patreon has the content you want. Are you not satisfied by that?

There is NO nsfw patch. But it will be nice to have one ( even paying a little for this but not only patreon)

Having followed the development of this game for years, I honestly expected a NSFW version, option or what have you to be inherent. It's not like this is an AE property, and the whole thing just has those vibes anyways.
