Once they are skilled enough with juking and looping, keep running around corners or turn around and run through the monster, then sneak away to leave no prints anymore, it's very hard to secure kills when playing him (or any other killer in general). The monster player has a lot more to learn than the survivor.
On the other hand, I've seen extremely skilled BB players (there was a total god yesterday in this role and I have no idea how he did that) but from my impression, the grab arm needs a fix before it gets a nerf. I almost completely stopped using it against moving targets when playing him, and prefer to learn how to jump into the attack range of people insead.
