Train not spawning

Anyone else having a problem occasionally where you finish everything then press the switch to call the train just for it not to move to the train station?

Yeah, this happens a lot in Factory for some reason. It seems like it's most likely to occur if you try to call the train from the side that the specialists spawn in. Sometimes going back and fourth a few times between stations fixes it, but other times it just will not work at all.

usually this's happened because there's 2 players try to call the train at the same time. but if you're alone or all of your team at the same spot and there's only one person that calling the train. sometimes you're screwed

Just another added bug in phase 3 I guess.

Not to be rude, but I'm surprised you found this out when this has been a thing for a while in Phase 3. I thought everyone knew and would avoid voting for the factory map. Unfortunately, there's always people still insisting to go to the factory map. While it's bad for us survivors since we would have to rely on the train station at the front, it sadly benefits the monsters because they could guard that front station (at least for this Phase until the bug gets patched up).

Yeah, that's a method I gave up on, because it never worked for me when I end up alone on that map. I just have to count my lucky stars that the front station isn't guarded.

It happens in the factory for me about twenty percent of the time I played on that map, and only happens on factory. You have to go through the ceiling in order to board the train. Strange, isn't it?

This has only happened to me recently as I don't vote for the factory and early phase 3 when the vote went to The Factory I didn't have this problem.

So I had no knowledge of the train calling bug until I had posted this.
(So it's pretty rude to assume that everyone already knows something when others haven't experienced it)

I didn't even shame you for asking that question. I was just surprised that there are folks who haven't experienced this, which is why I said initially that this wasn't supposed to be seen as rude.

It's cool. I'm sorry for the way I phrased it. Your post is valid. Good news though, someone in the PP discord server said that the devs have plans for Phase 4. Nized made a video on this. There's no confirmation of the date, but the wait's been worth it and it means this issue will hopefully be resolved.
