Skin Huggy Wuggi
My name is Denis and I am 6 years old. I am from Russia and therefore cannot make purchases on Steam. But I really want a skin for Huggy Wuggi. Tell me how can I get it?

If you cant make purchases, sadly you cannot obtain them. unless they put huggy wuggy skins on the free side of ToyBox

There is no way to get it unless you PAY for the Toy Box. Only the [FREE] items you can get it and other than that, you can't.

You could get a VPN so your pc doesn't think you are in russia, put it as somewhere in the US, it should work! :)
