Will the items in the toy box ever return?

I really want the cat costume, but its pretty much the only thing i want in the toy box, so will you ever be able to get toy box items after the time limit?

I think they will return cause If I remember correctly, One of the devs on discord said that there's a good chance that items from the toybox will appear in the shop sometime in the game's full release. And I feel like it'd make sense because this is the early access phase.
Note that I'm committing to memory on this, but I'm sure they will return.

Oh and I played one or two of these a few years back, can they kick you here if they "feel" like you weren't as good as them?

I had a game where I played for a few minutes missunderstood a character and got tossed out right away, first time playing it.

Most games keep battle pass items out of the store lol it’s a way to tell the difference between people who the game and grind vs the players who just occasionally hop in to buy something doctor doom again will never come to Fortnite and I’ll live with this sadly

I recently started playing Project Playtime again. (When the game died from no updates) My toybox was glitched the entire first Phase so I couldn’t level up, and I really wanted the Boxy Boo outfit.
