Failed To Connect To Server

This Is Not the bug with the "Online servers" I can play online but heres a couple of problems im getting from this: Cant Use quick play: Store button not showing up (so i cant use my tickets.) Not earning any XP, Sometimes not earning tickets after a match, Cant press the challenges button, ect.

The tickets aren't for the story.
They are for the bugged, ♥♥♥♥♥♥, toy box.
The story needs ingame currency which you need to BUY with your OWN MONEY, considering MOB games history it's no wonder they put more effort in the micro transaction then giving this game a bit of polish.
You can't even use the ingame settings!
You need to go into the games files and change the values manually if you wnat things to be changed, weirdly the tutorial did not have any of those problems.

So I have a Bug that won't go away at all, In the Survivor Tutorial The Machine with the Handles won't let me put the pipe go down, either am aiming wrong or Its a Huge Bug, This happening to you Guys?
