i cant get rewards from the toy box even the free ones

everytime i get a reward even a free one it doesn't appear in my inventory, i also saw a hacker on the first game please fix this issue. and thank you.

I didn't think I received rewards at first either, but upon closing and reopening the game I had everything I unlocked. Maybe that's the case in your case too?

same here I have not received any rewards. Can't even get the free ones. Have closed and reopened the game many, many times. I see other players using rewards...

Same here, I've tried closign and reopening the game but it wont work, its stubborn and ive rejoined the game alot, bvy this point, im willing to just send an email
