Min-maxing madness

I noticed there's Experience scaling and whenever you must go to next level then your build might be bad because it does not have correct stats. So are you supposed to change your build pretty much every level later in the game?

After I got past level 110, I use 3 parties right now and I just keep one defensive with skill choices for clearing mission quests and keep the other two pure DPS to farm gear (make expertise choices for this in the maps) and am consistently progressing (at 146 now) without ever having to change spec so far... I just use the item comparator best equip all function when I check my progress and make sure to keep my gem slots maxxed (cant wait to get that 1 click ability to do that) and cruising right now...

I still have my main party doing (100% of the content) I might not Rush the tower to floor 3000 or such by my team pretty much does all, maybe some bounties are too hard but they don't all have paragon +10.

In the "end" eventually you'll want to min-max all yes, but for mid-late before paragon (for now) just aim to "upgrade" items with better mods or where you lack luster (low Magic res/ Phy res.. etc etc..), aim for defense will probably be easier than making a kill machine early on.
