Hello people! 👋 I am writing to tell you that Steam has not approved the game yet, they are still testing it to see if they will allow it. When a game is going to be published on Steam they ask for 2 things.

1) Create a Steam page for the game (They ask for 2-3 days to review it)

2) Upload the game so they can test it (They ask for 2-3 more days to test it)

So they need a total of 5-7 days.

The game has been on their side for more than 5 days and they are still testing it, even though this exceeds the deadline, I understand them. Nobody except me knows how much work the game has, on Steam they have to check the game, all the paths of the game, in 30 languages... 😅😁 The person who will be in charge of the process must be dreaming of Innocence or Money. 🙂

Long story short, I have no idea if Steam will allow it or not, I don't know if they will allow a new release or not, I will have to update the current version or delete it? I don't know either, and what will be the release date on Steam? I have no idea. 🤯

The process has been very exhausting, and my intention was to be able to release IoM on Steam in November or December, for a developer those should be the best dates to make a release there, but I don't think I can do it because I'm still waiting for them to approve me and tell me what I have to do.

Due to all the above, I plan to go next week to the place where I have good internet to upload the game (For those who don't know, from my current place there are no high speed internet companies, so it's impossible to upload the game).

This time there won't be the 7 days notice before the release 😮, as soon as I upload it I will make a publication in Patreon and Subscribestar for you to download it. 😍 And this will be the first time that the release will be for all the tiers, because this is an update of the current content and not a new release with new content. (It should be between Wednesday and Friday)

In the meantime, I will keep talking to Steam and the release on that platform will be done when they give me the go-ahead, I can't do anything else on my part regarding this, just wait patiently...

It's practically impossible that people on Steam will be able to get Jennifer in December.... 😭 But for everyone here, Jennifer is coming this Christmas, 🎅🎄 next week she will be with all of us in all languages. 🥰

I'm going to keep just reposting the Patreon Update Emails he sends out until we figure out. I dont even know dude, but this is one of the few games of this type and it looks abandoned but thats entirely not the case.

It will be available at first for PC / Linux / Mac. About Android, I've spent a lot of time compressing everything so it can be installed on Android, but the best so far is 3.5GB, and the Android store asks for 2.0GB or less. I've no idea how I'm going to compress the remaining... But I'll keep trying. 😅

Very few people sometimes tell me that the Android version appears first on pirate sites. That's because there are some programs that automatically shrink the size of this kind of game, but I don't know what they do or if they can inject malicious software, so I go with the safest (and slowest) option, and I do it all manually. (I will have to prepare a program in the future that can do this)

About Steam, they are radio-silent. I've been waiting since the 3rd of December. I guess I will start working on Season 2, I wanted to close everything related to Season 1 before going full into Season 2, but due to Steam, I don't think that will be possible. I don't know how much more I've to wait for an answer, so the best will be to start Season 2.

This is the first time that the release is done at the same time to all the tiers. That's because this is a remastering and not a normal update. There is a lot of work into this update, especially with the languages. I hope everyone enjoys it. 🙂

There are an incredible amount of internal changes in coding (languages, new sounds/animations/cameras). I checked the game multiple times, and it runs smoothly for me, but in case someone finds a bug, please let me know.
