Rt trigger (bow) does not work ROG Ally

I'm trying to like this game but the game does not recognise the RT trigger. Even if I force the STEAM controller interface the right trigger is not recognised. So can't shoot the rabbit, so can't advance. The ROG Ally default control mechanism works in all other games. So what gives? Can the DEVS fix this shoddy programming? Any advice?

I never encountered this issue. I was playing on controller as well, used the default settings too. In a case like this, try to reconnect the controller. If that does not work, you might have to manually adjust it. And if this does not work, you can report it on the support page.

One more thing, you also have to get close enough for it to trigger.

If that is not it, and before the support thing. Check the functionality of your controller. And apply the other suggestions if you can.

I also had this problem. Turns out the bow only works when trigger is FULLY pressed. My controller can't achieve this bcs of defect or something. So what I do is use the Steam Input and change the trigger behavior via the View Layout option in the controller setting. Add command to the Soft Pull to Right Trigger so that half-pressing the trigger still count as full-pressing the trigger.

I don't know how the settings work in ROG Ally but I hope this helps.

Hi, Thanks. No matter what I do I can't get the RT trigger to be recognised. The LT trigger is recognised. For some reason the thing does activate when I press the menu key but after it activates it still does not work and the rabbit runs away. I'm going to ask for a refund. I also emailed the devs but they couldn't be bothered to respond. I suppose they get enough money from other players. Thanks.
