how to complete the frozen sword handle ?

i havent figured out how to complete it

You have to put it on Ludina's grave. It's that place where you fight Aeris (Big ice guy on the lower level of the ice cave where you fight the ice giant/ old ice troll). Go into your inventory and select the handle when you're on the grave and it will grow over time. It kinda takes a while to grow too, but eventually you can pull it out when it's done.
