Pros:
-Not COD
-good team dynamic
-meticulous gameplay(looting and safe house organization, making own ammo, need for food and water…etc)
-(my opinion, leveling can be hard…u have to earn it)
Cons:
-a bit glitchy (it is still in development)
-no PvE all PvP multiplayer with bots in the mix.
- equipment can be a pain to manipulate(aiming, reloading and whatnot)
It is a raid map game all pvp so naturally slow to start as I have been killed most often by other players, until u acquire better gear however it can all be lost in one run if ur not careful, or team dynamic stinks.
I personally love the game and would like it a lot more if there was a PvE feature where u could still loot, so I get killed a lot and loose most of my loot to other players with better equipment and squad mates (is very frustrating). But fun all in all, I don’t regret buying
Progression - medium/hard
Gun play - Fun (good for a game in development, sometimes a bit glitchy)
Crafting - same as above
Ammo - minimal until later on, spray and pray is not an option, u have to pick ur shots wisely and have good tgt acquisition. ( until later game when u have the money and ability to craft a ton of ammo)
u will not craft untill u put probably 100+ hours into progression.. u have 2,5 month for it untill next wipe so hop in.. u need probably around 200-300++ hours of hardcore progress focused playstyle to go from non dlc account to armour piercing bullets, suppressor access, nightvision.. it will go much faster in a group and with dlc. without dlc in this time u will be playing mostly with weapons and ammo u find on the maps. gunplay is fun if u did not played in any other vr fps or u have group with whom u can team up against solo players.
for solo play game is very very punishing especially without dlc.. rng sometimes will kick your ass for 15 hours straight like mine today.. (game looks and is nothing like sponsored vids show). surprisingly i mostly agree with what guy above said. except gunplay - its horrible compared to every other vr fps game. just to begin with on qest 2 most guns will drift if u try to aim with them using virtual stock.. so u basically march with weapon in front of u like its bucket of hot piss to avoid drift, scopes are broken, snipers are useless, maps are small non open world, too much to describe all bad sides of gunplay here..
Yea not sure why the haters on the dlc, just cuz you have good kit doesn’t mean u can use it. It’s still skill based, I got a tricked out dlc weapon, armor and pack full of goodies on a raid yesterday doing a naked run with a Glock, the player just couldn’t shoot and I got his stuff, so really he paid to me me his stuff. Not sure how that’s considered p2w
Is gun play fun-----------> Yes, but there are some bugs related to weapons and there is a learning curve when using them.
Is ammo a problem In fighting or not?-----------> how many with the ammunition with which you decide to enter the raid plus the one you find within the game and the one you get from the enemies you kill, taking into account that they have weapons and magazines compatible with your weapon, you can always use the weapon the enemies. In my opinion it is only a problem if you act without knowledge.
And finally is crafting a problem?---------->I don't understand the question, what do you mean when you ask that?
Expect to get killed by people before you can even see them. Expect to see people teleporting around the map. Expect to be spawn killed by people on the other side of the map.
It doesn't happen often, but when it does it really kills the mood.
