Oh FFS this response belongs in threads where people are complaining about it being what it is, not ones who are asking. Unless you *want* your community to be perceived negatively.

You start out in your own safehouse, if you want to you can squad up with friends here and you will meet them in game. When you're ready, you've prepared your chosen armour and weaponry, you deploy to Tabor. Once in Tabor there are other players and enemy AI that will hunt you down. It's kill or be killed in Tabor. Fill your boots, your bag and both your hands with loot and make your way to the nearest exfil (exit point). If you can make it there alive you will be transported with all your new found treasures to your safehouse where you can organize it or sell it all.
I'm loving the game. Can't wait for early access release tomorrow. See you in Tabor, though you might not see me 😉

Hmm, okay. I have no idea, if I like it. Not such the PVP fan, but I am thinking about giving this a try. Vr is always something different than normal PC gaming.

I'm normally a singleplayer gamer but this game is fun to switch it up and I don't feel it to be as hard as flat screen pvp games

Yeah, This could feel like a good game to play with friends but as the only one with VR and a Enjoyer of Single player VR i have some Hesitation hearing this is only Online, If possible they might include offline mode just like tarkov have.

Tarkov has an offline mode? This is good news

There is definitely something different about VR. Other players instantly recognizable and the IK allows for expanded non-verbal communication beyond wiggling. Organizing your safehouse between raids is much more satisfying than clicking through menus and bags. There is limited handholding, less than Tarkov, so firearm knowledge such as calibers and operations really give you a real advantage even though it's less complex than Tarkov.

Unfortunately this community continues to prove my point, that is is the toxic PVP base that is always warned about, attacking anyone who asks about PVE, and sets up a strawman so weak it could be blown over by a gentle summer breeze.

PVE mode would only help the game, I have seen many posts other than my own attacked by this games community, I wouldn't want to be a part of them either.

VR games are simply not responsive enough to support competitive game play, and a lot of players will be coming from ITR and other games like Saints and sinners, who only want a PVE game play mode, and you know what is wrong with that? NOTHING.

because more sales means more attention and positive reviews for the devs and that means more money for them and that helps both PVP and PVE players.

But for some reason PVP players and the most toxic selfish individuals on the planet that continue for years to prove my point.

why are you people so terrified of playing with other players? This guy is meant for pvp AND pve. Sorry you're so pathetic you expect everyone to cater to you.

yep, people cant appretiate the fact that not everyone has the time to play a multiplayer game mode, or wants to all the time, some people just want to play the game offline, which iirc the beta or whatever it was had

having played it in its free testing phase It does have offline mode, it works the same with tarkov where you dont gaint anything or lose anything, So there is atleast that.
