game boots up as black screen

i got past the license agreement screen just fine but as soon it gets to the title screen it just a blueish-black screen, even when i seemingly boot into the tutorial level

anyone else having this problem? know how to fix it? and yes ive tried reinstalling multiple times n whatnot

I think its probably due to integrated graphics...

I have the same thing, using a Surface Pro 8. I watched a video to see how to navigate the video options, tried messing with a bunch of them (the changes then showed up in a config file), but it's still a dark blue screen.

Hey i don't know if they released a patch or something but today I tried to open the game again and I didn't get the dark blue screen and everything seems to work just fine, see if the same is for you

I'm having the same issue too, I don't really understand what the issue is though. It's not just menu sounds that play, I can hear the entire game when feel my way to starting a new file.

- What kind of GPU are you using?
- Which version of Windows?
- Are you switching around running the game across multiple different devices, or just on a single device?
