Constant minor visual glitches

The game is running smooth as butter but for some reason some textures have this almost unnoticeable glitch with little squares, sometimes is not that distracting and sometimes it really ruins the experience, the busker stage light, the water geysers, Mr.Q boss arena are a prime example for me, I don't know if it can be fixed can somebody help me? (Note that my laptop is not the best on terms of graphics but it can manage some games like this one)
