Hack doesn't work ?

I have to hack someone. I choose hack on the computer but it doesn't work. I did it more than 7 times and it always fails at then end. Why ??? (I have 12 at skill computer)

it all depends on your level. 2 level higher than required isnt that much, you can still try or just level up a little bit more. well, sometimes it just feels like RNG though

my hacking is above 30 and i only failed it 1 out of 3 times i did that job/quest.
Its definitly a little RNG but really high hacking does help in my experience with it so far
