Error initializing DirectX?

This is the only game I'm gettting this error:

"your system does not support the Direct Agility SDK"

I have the latest DirectX installed, any solution to this?

Oh I was indeed on the wrong windows version. Thanks for the help! All sorted now.

I googled the error and that's what it was pointing to.I thought you would have windows 7 and didn't want to open that can of worms again.

How did u fix? having same issue! im having issues with windows update as well im kinda stuck! is there any other work aorund? without updating?

Sorry man, the only solution I found was to update windows, otherwise the game just won't work.

same problem here,yesterday i buy game,and error still comes when i want start game,latest update all i have a nvidia 3070 i have all update i have,can someone help with this ?

You need to update your windows, otherwise it won't work.
