How to apply downloaded livery?

I can't find anywhere option to apply/use downloaded livery.
Downloaded livery show up in Catalogue and I can also look at Showroom but when I click Editor, there is a white car and when I click livery collection, none of them appear.
In Private Career mode also when I click liveries, none of them appear.
Something is wrong because what is the point downloading them when not possible to use.

I think you can only use a livery you made in your career, and only liveries you created will show up in the editor.

Yep. It looks like you said. The only one place where downloaded liveries are working is in quick play when you select same type of car.
I have checked again Private Career and over there in My liveries there are two filter option to show Downloaded by me and Shared. So it is strange, confusing and mixed up.
I think I had matching paint and a car Hyundai i20, or maybe it is a different model.
