Game wont start up

Hello Installed the game and it wont start up Gives me error 0x887a0004
Says my directx is not up to date but it is.
All the updates on windows grafics gard and so on are done, and it still wont start up

specs dont have anything to do with the problem ;) if you are asking me those questions you dont know the solution then dont reply at all

He's right though. Specs are always helpful for troubleshooting. That code is a general initialization error for incompatible direct3d feature levels. d3d12_0 is required for this game, so if your system doesn't support it - whether it's hardware or software, then you'll see this error. If your system is indeed compatible then it could be a switching error by a iGPU, which you'll need to either remove prioritization for in your graphics controlpanel or disable completely in BIOS. If there's still an issue then you can try to do a clean installation of the latest graphics driver rather than an express installation.

Just play it at 24 fps then,Mr 'I am cool' rofl....really??
