Report a translation problem
This is a technical problem as well as a moral one. Even though not all may have my experience, do you really want to do business with people that act this bad?
Most emails also give you pop3 so you download them in a proper client. Obviously you need to be carefull setting it up as some clients them will delete emails off the server once they've been downloaded.
i didnt bother with claiming the wrc access code and bought the game through epic and Nintendo switch. Both sent receipts to my gmail which were within descripted requirements.
