At the beginning of the room there are scribbles of the solution. Something like 1000 1010. Not remembering exactly what it is but they kinda stand out compared to the rest

I just out either 010101 or 101010
starting from left to right
solved it for me before correcting half of it

Huh, so this is what the secret code room looked like. I guess they got rid of the puzzle and just give you the Plasma Sword now.

I was thinking the same thing lol. I randomly got the achievement for solving the puzzle, but the actual puzzle room never showed up so I was a little confused at first.
