Try disabling Steam Input by right clicking Banana Shooter in Steam, pressing Properties, going to Controller and selecting Disable Steam Input from the drop down

It may also help to instead disconnect any controllers you may have connected

Already did it, but it didn't help

I got the sames issues for months, I guess you already tried disabling controller via steam, but the best way is to disconnect them, but something its not enough (like if you got a handbrake or steering wheel)

So if disabling or disconnecting is not enough
- install HidHide Client from github
- disable your controller with this app
(you won't be able to play games with the controller while its disabled so if you have a steering wheel you need to disable it to play banana shooter and enable it to play your steering wheel games)

And you should be able to jump
