Kimicha shack stuck

I got stucked for few days in Kimicha area in the garden. I missing the last fifth sequence of events, i got triggered four of them. I see the missing key that is bent toward right side, i walked every corner around the Mansion Stenwick and outside the walls nothing. I talked with the guy, been in Baker Street in Sherlock apartments and in the library nothing .
What am I missing or is it a bug?
I try to figure it out but it feels empty.

IIRC you have to pin the hint about the key and inspect a wooden board inside the shack (left side after entering) in imagination mode.

I found before the board where one key is missing already and Im stucked at later part don't know how to find the last sequence of events

I mixed it up, sorry. Thought the key is the last sequence but it isn't. It is the origin of the cart trail.
