Game won't start, black screen after frogwares and unreal engine logo
Exactly as per the title, after starting the game the Frogwares logo and the unreal engine logo start, then darkness. Black screen and nothing happens.

I made several attempts, I waited for a while for the black screen to disappear thinking it was normal when I first started the game but, after 40 minutes, everything remained the same... I tried disabling antivirus, I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game thinking it might have been a glitch in the download... unfortunately it didn't fix the problem.

My pc satisfies all the minimum system requirements.
At the time I also downloaded and played the demo which worked very well... I just can't figure out what the problem is...
Please help me...

- restart steam/system
- verify game files / reinstall
- update drivers
- try to launch with parameter -dx11
- if this does not help, plz contact via official support frogwares. com/support

Hello. I have the same problem and I don`t understand where I can find this "box" and what to do.....

If you're playing on PC: right click the game in your library, then select the "properties" tab. It'll open another menu- there, you'll find a box labelled "launch options". Type -ngxdisable into that box, close the menu, and try launching the game again.
not sure what the instructions are for anything other than PC. sorry about that.
