Help: Ch 4 Side Quest [Spoilers]
I found out the truth about Cole and his brother. Now I am trying to find Zora. It was easy the first time. I asked at the market and overheard she was in Chinatown. But now I need her again, she's not in Chinatown!

The Herb Merchant task has a "people" icon on it so of course I pinned it and started to ask around. First, the woman at Zora's stall said "The crazy lady isn't here". Then I asked every NPC in Chinatown and the Fisherman's Quarter, ran by the church and market to ask some NPCs, and then just started going everywhere.

Can someone who has completed this sidequest tell me where Zora went after she left Chinatown?
